Reports directly to the Cultivation Coordinators with additional oversight by Cultivation Management
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining the quality of all manufactured products
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Track all grow room sanitation in the appropriate logs
Day-to-day plant maintenance including pruning and trellising
Keep flower rooms immaculate and fully operational
Sweep & mop floors
Remove all leaves from trays
Remove and log waste at the end of each day
Transplant and harvest plants
Clean and charge lifts
Report leaks and faulty equipment
Take part in overall facility cleanliness including room resets
May be flexed into other duties within the department as assigned for production-related events, such as Harvest, Transplants, Room Resets - No IPM Sprays
On occasion, you may be asked to cross train or assist in other departments or positions, such as Finished Goods or Flower Processing
Other duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
Organizational and time management skills required
Passionate interest in Horticulture.
Knowledge in basic plumbing and electrical tasks
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 21 years of age
Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
Must pass all required background checks
Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies
Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time
Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and humidity
Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground
